The taxpayers of taxable real and personal property located within the boundaries will be responsible.
If the Metropolitan Districts are Organized by Election, what is Additionally Expected for the Existing Ownership Entities?
It is anticipated that the various ownership entities will convey ownership in any subject real property or improvements to the Authority. If required for such conveyance, an entity will subdivide a parcel for conveyance to the Authority. If an entity is an HOA, membership vote is likely required, typically 67% in the affirmative, to convey property.
